Construction Superintendent
American Construction Experts is hiring a residential Construction Superintendent for the Oklahoma City Metro. We are needing someone to perform turns, make ready & rehabs with a crew in a timely manner. Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience, have knowledge of all aspects of residential construction, and have the ability to repair most items before replacement. Position is a salaried position with a company cell phone and iPad provided. Medical and Dental insurance provided for Employee if needed as well.

American Construction Experts is looking for a reliable Residential Make Ready Lead to complete repair work on our clients rental properties in Oklahoma. Compensation is based upon experience. Job will include general maintenance, light carpentry, light electrical, light plumbing, and demo, etc. There is significant opportunity for someone who is hard working, responsible, and a skilled problem solver.
